Delete Account
How can I delete my account?
There are a few ways to delete your account:
Lift Track:
If you are using our Lift Track app, go to your account settings page, and tap the "Delete Account" button. Please note, if you delete your account:
- You’ll lose all data associated with your account.
- You won’t be able to access your account.
- If you have a subscription, it will be canceled.
Once you delete your account, you’ll be logged out of this app. If you are logged into the app on any other device, it can take up to 1 hour for your session to expire. To access your order information after you delete your account, contact us. If you change your mind, you can always sign up for a new account.
Photo to Email:If you are using our Photo to Email app, go to your account settings page, and tap the "Delete Account" button. Please note, if you delete your account:
- You’ll lose all data associated with your account.
- You won’t be able to access your account.
- If you have a subscription, it will be canceled.
- You will need to re-verify your email address again.
